暑中お見舞い申し上げます

夜の空では今日も星のかき氷屋さんが通ります

くるくるまわる黒曜石の機械に四角い水晶の氷を入れると

雪のように冷たく光る粉が降り積もってゆきます。

月から届いた白ガラスの器に、山のようにたくさん積もったら

虹のシロップをかけて銀の匙でいただきましょう。

For those whose eyes would see

Render them in faith to me

For all those seeking peace

In my arms their strife shall cease

And place in me the agony you bear

Nothing can impair

the perfect love I bring

In a simple offering

Let the wind fill the sails, let there be a firm pull at the tiller, and a man at the helm, one hand on the main sheet, the other checking the tiller!

He leans against the wind, and as he watches the wake of the waves and water behind him, he experiences an exhalation difficult to describe. 

No one who has experienced this sensation will ever forget it, for it will haunt and follow him wherever he goes and no matter what he does. He will return.
